Aol Gold keeps disappearing off my laptop. I have reinstalled it 2 x's in the last month. Think you should know about this bug!

You people have me close to putting together a plan to get out of aol completely. I do not need this aggravation of you screwing with my screen. My AOL Gold icon has disappeared and I have to go thru edge to sign on to aol and then it is completely unlike what I am used to. I am furious.

tried to send snapshot but email address changed cant send. aol ver
Revision 11.0.2690 icons go blank disappear out pages not loading properly. uninstalled desktop gold and re installed and still not working.PLEASE provide a email address to send a screen shot MARK
