so far this moring i have had aol gold lock up so i had to go off line to reset it and then later it just dropped off line on its own.
why cant aol get thier act together and fix aol gold? its your worse (*****) ever!!

Please send us a crash report in order for our engineers to look into the issue you are experiencing with the software closing unexpectedly. To do that, please follow these steps:
1. Open AOL Desktop Gold.
2. Click on Help on the top right, and select Report a Bug from the drop-down menu.
3. Type a short description of the problem, and click Send.

When I select the RED DOT bookmark button in the upper right header bar, and try and drag it into an email or any place else, it locks up and freezes the AOL GOLD program requiring either reboot and/or "End Process" via Cnt Alt-Delete. It also locks up and completely freezes the AOL GOLD program when I select RED bookmark button,(which opens three choice window), and select "Add to Toolbar". Totally locks up AOL GOLD program. It's been doing this for a few weeks now. So, I guess AOL Tech hasn't caught it. Have a solution or fix? Thanks.

no use asking aol doesnt give a dam
