AOL just getting worse
I was hoping that after a while AOL would actually get better, unfortunately you folks seem to be working hard to destroy it. Good job, you succeeded. Now you've wrecked the comments section.

I also agree with the comment section being wrecked. Any comments are just moved and closed so others can't read and agree and add their comments. Why else are there 796 reviewed and only 31 completed fixes. In a year and half since this was forced upon us, doesn't 31 fixes sound like a very tiny amount of problems resolved?

One example is the carousel. Until yesterday only two icons were moved on each sign in, now they all are moving to different positions on each sign in. And speaking of sign on, it takes forever to load and open up AOL desktop. Probably due to the news page (which no one reads any more due to it being such a mess) and also because it keeps loading old emails that were never able to be sent because AOL froze and signed out on its own in the middle of writing such emails. These "now unable to ever send or delete emails" upon opening cannot be removed permanently and keep adding up. Both of these were promised fixes which have not happened.

Gold was the worst. AOL is getting worse, I do not know how long I keep up all the problems.

Aol desktop gold has been a disaster since the day you forced it on your paying customers. No matter who writes no matter how many people tell you you it's a disaster you do nothingto fix it or replace it. Why should a paying customer pay you for something that just does not work. It locks up, can't fix page sizes and position that stays, there is very little that has ever worked and your time is running ut with me.
