I've called your tech people numerous times. I've "reported a bug". NOTHING changes.
Delays in emails going out, then duplicates are sent. AOL freezes and has to be restarted. AOL drops off -- sometimes while I'm sending an email. AOL: Are you listening? And now you send me emails about new features? Why would I want to download new features when you can't fix the old ones? I know what you will do -- you will reply that I should "report a bug" or tell me to contact the tech staff, or combine this with another feedback. But you won't fix anything. It has been a year. WHEN will we see improvement?

i do not know why they even have tech support !!! - in any contact for over a year all contacts have been futile + frustrating - restart , clear cache , clear cookies , reload gold , + etc. will not cure any problems that your amateurs have built into your system , formatting , + useless browser !!! - seems that AOL + OATH do not cate + will do nothing about the problems at all - SIGN ON , WELCOME SCREEN , EMAIL , BROWSER , + ETC. are all MASSIVELY INADEQUATE !!!

Agree with all of this because I have the same problems which I've reported numerous times yet there has been no fix. Sending an email is a matter of luck and when you see the mail in your sent folder that does not mean it has been received. Too many of emails have gone undelivered. I am also not getting all of the mail sent to me. Also, at times when I try to send an email with a tiny image that is only 500 bytes mailbox freezes and the mail is not sent. So far all of the many problems I spoke to techs about had no idea as to a fix. When I send reports to Report A Bug I get no reply and there is no fix.

100% agree with all you state and when it is merged with another, comments are closed so there are no more responses from others who are dealing with the same issues. It took four tries just to sign on right now. Froze when little box shows and it just stays white. Says "AOL not responding". "When" an email does go out, it freezes up entire Internet and if listening to something in another browser, it will just stop like it has knocked out connection to Internet.
I too have wasted a lot of my time with Techs, reporting bugs and asking for fixes here with no luck. Currently there are 783 Reviewed and 645 Support Requests here. Personally I have never had anything fixed by any AOL Tech and they end up just sending me back here to report, which is then hidden or removed or try to send me back to a Tech..
