Unfortunately, what you’re looking for is no longer offered in the current version of AOL Mail. If you’ve received a notification that a limit of the number of sent emails was reached or you’ve sent to too many contacts, you’ll need to wait before you can send more emails.

Yet I just deleted almost 90 scam emails that I received just in the past 2 days. Our business is legit...these aren't. And they say they cannot tell me how many recipients I can have in an email and how long I have to wait before sending another one out.

The limit used to be 100. In the last few weeks I have contacted AOL twice about this. One person said the limit was 25. The other one told me the limit was 50. When I did a search on AOL Help, I came up with this: "AOL does not disclose the number of recipients or emails that can be sent at one time." I don't get it!!!

Bulk Emails. The limit of 20 emails is much too low. In today's world it is necessary to reach as many as possible with one email. It saves time and confusion Please consider allowing bulk emails again as you once did. Thank you

First I'm told a maximum of 100 recipients can be in each email. Then, within 2 days this last week, 1 of your tech agents on the phone told me that maximum is 25, and another told me the maximum is 50. We don't send out so many that we need a company to do this for us. Bring back the White List! Please don't penalize small businesses. Like everyone else, we are trying hard to do business.

I serve our retiree group from GM keeping them informed on deaths, sickness, retiree meetings. I once sent them blanket emails and you stopped that. Limiting me to 40 at at time and now you have stopped letting me CC. I have been with aol for 20 years and am about ready to go somewhere else unless am allowed to continue to serve my GM family. I desperately need to send blanked emails but if I have to send them by adding each name with cc, I can do that. Please answer this request asap.

I conduct classes and often send out group mails about our events. You are constantly preventing me from sending to THE PEOPLE I KNOW AND WHO EXPECT TO HEAR FROM ME!! STOP IT!!!
It's taking me hours to do my work, and stop trying to protect me, I got it handled... VERY ANNOYING!!! -

Why do you keep preventing me from sending mail to our membership? This is horrible! I have to send several emails to about 250 members and I can't. My job is in jeopardy because of you!! Please fix!!!

Let my bulk mail come to my inbox! I'll determine whether to open it. I've almost missed meetings twice due to this unwelcome change. I can't find that folder even! I read that by paying I have 24 hour help service but see times listed. What's the deal? Disgusting you have NO tech support located in the U.S. AOL used to have THE BEST customer service. Now, you have NONE! After over 30 years with you, I'm VERY DISAPPOINTED!

I have been with you since 1986. I host all my high school reunions and communication with my class. I used to be able to send one email to my entire class, 372 classmates until 2 years ago. You said I would have to be whitelisted and stay off my computer for 24 hours and you would fix the problem which you did. They several months ago you changed it again. I had to build multiple classmates' groups to communicate with my classmates. I called in tonight as I couldn't remember the exact number of recipients I could send to at one time. which was told to me several months ago as I need to adust my recipients. I would like to be able to have at least 75 receipents per email when communicating with my class. It would greatly help as it was difficult to reubild my database. I have never spamed anyone and would really appreciate your help as this has become very frustrating for me and my classmates dropping off of my emails. Your help would be great appreciated!
