Gold lock up "not responding"
After finally logging in and Inbox is displayed I try to open an email. Gold locks with with "not responding" and I have to go to Task Manager to kill Gold. My wife's account (on same computer) works fine. I'm paying for this why?

Can never get problems corrected because when calling, can only reach a foreigner, and not an American, and all they want to do is change the password, and ask you the same questions over and over. I need to verify, what is your name, what is your phone number. My wives mail has been out almost continuously for the last 2 months. She and I have called numerous times, and changed the password at least 20 times, and had the foreigner hang up numerous times. Why am I paying for AOL if my wife's mail won't work, and can't get anyone to fix it. Try using Americans, and maybe the call volumn will drop.

why must I wait for NOT RESPONDING when ever I make a move to a new site or go to mail. For this lousy service I must pay more starting in April. I am very angry.

PLEASE - Don't tell me to send a crash report, or call your helpless 'unsupportive' phone help people. Give us a number to contact the Gold developers who KNOW the product & the issues still outstanding.

Though you Closed this, it still is occurring.
Previously, every release this year has locked up. WITH NO POSSIBLILITY OF CREATING, AND SENDING A CRASH REPORT.Have to use Task Mgr to cancel & restart .. Today's & yesterday, with 2414 was worse that usual with having to retry numerous times ..

JUST FIX AOL GOLD SO IT WORKS !!!!
You could actually make AOL GOLD do what it is supposed to do. My e-mail has virtually be inaccessible since Friday, 9/7, because every time I try to open it or open or attach a file or read a news item, "AOL Gold is not responding". Sometimes the list of new mail has double listing for every message. Sometimes it locks up my computer and I have to shut down and have to start over. WHAT THE **** AM I PAYING FOR?????
