my mail screwed up, one problem is some of my regular incoming emails from friends are being sent to my Spam file
The best way to resolve this is to mark the emails as “Not Spam”, that way you can train the spam filter to better identify important emails in the future. Also if you use a mobile device or email client to access your mail over IMAP, please check the Spam filters in that application, to make sure it’s not marking important emails as spam.

Lately, AOL's responsibilities to deliver emails to AOL customers are winding up in the SPAM folder. I have at least two (2) messages from my SCRCA that were discovered in the Spam folder, so I had to restore them into my regular AOL, My Mail Folder In Box. You have made some changes lately and it has cost me losing emails coming in from my SCRCA administrative office, where I lived. Please check it out and let me know what your office is doing about it!

While checking my AOL emails, I discovered that a lot of my emails coming from my Sun City Roseville Adminstration, where I lived, were in the SPAM Folder. I heard that AOL has made some changes and because of the changes, I AM NOT RECEIVING MY EMAILS FROM MY ADMINISTRATION'S OFFICE. Your changes in administering AOL emails to us AOL customers are winding up in the SPAM FOLDER. PLEASE CHECK OUT THE PROBLEM, OR YOU WILL LOSE ANOTHER CUSTOMER. I HAVE BEEN WITH AOL SINCE 1996. YOUR KIND RESPECT TO FIX THIS PROBLEM WILL PROLONG OUR RELATIONSHIPS.
