When I send an email from either of my group after the email is sent each member of that particular group email address appears under my sin
When I send an email from either of my group after the email is sent each member of that particular group email address appears under my single contact list (Email address only) Consequently I have my single person email address with their name and email address and all of the email address only from the group. If I delete the email addresses which I did and when I looked under the group there were no email address under that group. I have called 3 times about. Just got on the telephone after holding the line for 25 Mins and the Tech hung up. She had control of my computer and I was showing her exactly what had happened. She asked me to hold then she hung up. I have been a customer of AOL for well over 25 years and never had problem until I downloaded the Gold.
SEPTEMBER 24, 2018.. This is my 5th day of trying to correct the problem. I received an email that I could not reply to. The told me to removed uncheck : “Auto add contacts to my Address Book when I send them Mail”. The was not checked consequently this did not solve my problem. Once again today I was on the telephone with a Tech for almost 3 hours, e even re-install my Aol and this did not solve the problem. WHO CAN I SPEAK TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM? CAN ANYONE COME TO MY HOME BECAUSE AFTER HAVING 5 PEOPLE TAKE OVER MY COMPUTER THEY STILL COULD NOT SOLVE THE PROBLEM. I TRIED AGAIN TODAY SEPT 28, 2018
