My address book changed overnight.

My address book changed overnight. I write an email. I open my address book. I select a person's name and hit "send". Nothing appears in the "to" box of the email. A group name appears in the "bcc"box. What has happene??! The individual address card for EACH of my 30 or 40 contacts now lists either the person's screen name or a group name as the PRIMARY email address. I'm positive I didn't do a mass change of this magnitude! I desire to default my address lists back to what it was a mere 3 days ago! Otherwise I have to manually change each address. My feelings toward aol are deminished substantially.

    My address book has been blank for a week. I spent hours with Tech Support level 1, then with your Level 2 in Romania. They were referring my problem upward. NOTHING has happened, and I have no way to send emails unless I've memorized someone's email address. HELP! I've been a AOL customer for 30 years. **, **@aol.com,

    You have wiped out all my passwords, account info, and so much more without any advance notice for users of the address book. I've been with you for so many years. How could you be so insensitive. So arrogant. So inconsiderate. I'm spending days trying to retrieve all the info I've lost due to you changing the use of the address book unilaterally. It was wrong and I have no doubt, so many are suffering for it besides me. At least with some warning I could've written everything down! I have been with aol almost from your beginning. I go back to the days even before you had monthly pricing when you charged by the minute. I can't believe you did this to us. How could you? Is someone working on bringing our old address book back?

    Desktop Gold erased MY Address Book WITHOUT my permission.
    How dare you do that!

    I want MY Address Book on MY computer, so I can access it any time, even without logging in.
