Absolutely right,new GOLD *** major wind. The old AOL program was much more stab;e and user friendly; This GOLD version is not only an embarrassment, but probably ripe candidate for a class-action lawsuit. AOL should stop charging customers for an inferior product that is rife with problems not found in previous versions. AOL? ARE YOU LISTENING? EL **** !

GOLD SUCKS WON't SEND EMAILS LOCKS UP I have been with AOL from the beginning and getting fed up. I cannot send emails sometimes takes 3 or 4 times HORRIBLE PRODUCT need to FIX the bugs

No they're not listening! They don't give a f*ck about the users because they make their money from the advertisers. OATH is handing us a great big old f*ck you, so here's one back atcha: I canceled my AOL membership after more than 20 years.

AOL sucks now. Stop the unauthorized voice on the small teaser boxes on far right of screen. If we want to hear voice, music etc we will google it

I have to agree with all the others here . Since going to the Gold ,AOL has been nothing but a pain , slow sluggish pain in butt. i have been a customer since the 80's and this lately has become untolerable . ALso I have pop ups off but they just keep coming interupting my browsing constantly ? Whats going on AOL ?

Are you actively trying to lose customers ? This latest Gold version is the worst! I have to log in every time I use it, and it now refuses entirely to accept a password. In the last month or so, I have changed passwords every day and none are accepted. One more week like this one and it will be goodbye AOL forever.

The new AOL Gold has too many problems. I have trouble sending broadcast emails to clients. Often says can't be sent "because of an error." This post is right on. The old AOL desktop worked with few issues. So they want us to pay for something inferior!! If I can find a way to easily wean myself from AOL (that I have used since the 1980's), I will probably do so. And there is virtually no customer support. Message to all Geeks: IF IT WORKS, DON'T FIX IT!!!!!!

Negative comments? This is the new & improved AOL Gold. :-( When are they going to fox this problem with AOL mail? I just deleted 68 error messages saying they seem to be having a problem with mail. No kidding. All subscribers should contact their credit card company and direct them not to pay AOL until it works properly. What are they going to do? Cancel ALL subscriptions?

Obviously not fixing much, only promises to fix. I was told over a year ago the mouse forward and backward buttons would work like they did in 9.7 by Dec 2017. Well here we are heading to Dec 2018 and they still haven't bothered to fix it. I do believe everyone's patience has worn very thin at this point.
