Why is it when a question is put to you on this site, your answer is to merge it with another complaint or you say "contact tech support"? Do the people who monitor this site not know what is going on? When I've called your tech number, they never seem to know what is going on either, and tell me they will "report the problem". And yet, nothing changes. Desktop Gold is still as inept and riddled with problems as it was over a year ago when it was forced on us. I know -- you will merge these comments with others, tell me to contact tech support, and close comments. Nothing changes.
