SPAM "stuck" in my mailbox
Today marks the 3rd time that some SPAM is stuck in my spam folder. The message shows up in the count of spam messages but the message doesn't show up in the folder so I can delete it. From the first time when Tech Support called me and couldn't delete it, I know that I have to sign on to AOL web mail on the Internet and then can delete it. But this has started to be the rule rather than the exception because it has happened 2 times in the past 3 days. I'm at the point where I want this fixed in my account, not just a call from Tech Support saying that they can't delete the spam and that I'll need to keep doing it myself. This is important and needs to be fixed ASAP.

I had that problem for 2 weeks and then it went away. When there was no spam in the folder it showed one yet nothing was in there. If there were 3 spams in the folder, it showed 4.

I have the same problem and more. AOL's default fix is they always want to reload the entire program. Why do you need a Tech for that? Heck, I can do that myself. Why don't they just fix the fault? I guess they need to keep justifying their jobs there, which all seems amazingly silly and juvenile. It's no wonder AOL has become the laughing stock of the industry. Congratulations OATH, you are now officially idiots.

Per your instructions, I tried that. The SPAM is still stuck and won't come on my screen so I can delete it. I've been on and off my desktop account for several days now and it is still stuck there. I let it be rather than going to AOL web mail to delete it because this is now a recurring problem.
