No Welcome Sounds / You've got Mail in Desktop Gold
Sounds are disabled and not playing from the AOL Desktop Software. Currently have the updated version. Troubleshoot with AOL Tech Team and still the same problem.

Please follow the steps below to make sure the greeting sounds are enabled:
1. Open the AOL Desktop Gold and sign in.
2. Click on the ‘Edit’ menu on the top left.
3. Select ‘General Settings’ from the drop-down menu.
4. Go to the ‘Personalization’ section on the left.
5. Select the ‘Sounds’ tab.
6. Click on ‘Enable All’ (changes are saved automatically).

Recently, one or more of the video clips displayed on the AOL Desktop Gold Welcome Screen started to play with the audio at 100%. The only effective way to turn the video and audio off is the close the welcome screen. This is very annoying and disruptive when I'm viewing my email messages and all of a sudden I'm being bombared with the audio track of a video that has suddenly started playing from the Welcome Screen
