AOL gold is junk we need a newer version, this version will not start up until 15-20 tries.
AOL gold isn't working properly and never has I have to click on the icon 15-20 times before it will respond. I have had sever people from tec. support trying to resolve the problem, but as of today it still will not load up until I keep clicking on the icon. This is so frustrating fo a member to pay for service and feel like we are being ignored when so many people have complained to AOL. I may have to leave AOL and I have been with you for around 15 years.
Please send us a crash report in order for our engineers to look into the issue you are experiencing. To do that, please follow these steps:
1. Open AOL Desktop Gold.
2. Click on Help on the top right, and select Report a Bug from the drop-down menu.
3. Type a short description of the problem, and click Send.
