AOL just disappears when sending emails
Three times today when trying to send an email to the draft folder with photos, AOL just disappears and closes out with no warning. Now every time I sign back on that email (now empty) is stuck with all of the other pop ups on sign on. I have some that have been stuck since last summer and Techs were never able to get rid of them so I will not waste more hours of my life calling them again. So now for every sign on, I have to close out about 6 blank emails along with the news screen and whatever other junk AOL pops up trying to get me to buy. Huge waste of time and should not be happening, not to mention I have to start all over and rewrite yet another email I had already done.
I figured during the last week or so something was up, as incoming emails were very slow, like hours behind when they should have arrived despite refreshing mailbox. The only way to get them was to sign off and sign in again. Emails sent were not showing in sent folder either and now this. Whatever was done in the last update has now surely messed up and caused many new problems.
Please send us a crash report in order for our engineers to look into the issue you are experiencing. To do that, please follow these steps:
1. Open AOL Desktop Gold.
2. Click on Help on the top right, and select Report a Bug from the drop-down menu.
3. Type a short description of the problem, and click Send.

Plus sign on is also very slow The thing just starts to spin then sits there for several minutes before it finally actually opens. Probably all of the garbage it has to load just to open the Gold browser. Sometimes it refuses to open and it takes several sign ins just to get to my emails.
