Ever since I went to AOL Desktop Gold I'm getting a lot of ad e-mails and **** e-mails and I'm not very happy about it!!

Ever since I went to AOL Desktop Gold I'm getting a lot of ad e-mails and **** e-mails and I'm not very happy about it, especially since I'm paying you. Also, there's no easy way to block these sites without opening the e-mail. Please respond with a solution.

The best way to resolve this is to mark the emails as “Spam”, that way you can train the spam filter to better identify unwanted emails in the future. You can also block specific senders by going to the Mail menu on the top left, and selecting “Block Unwanted Mail” from the drop-down menu, then adding the senders emails address in the Sender Filter’s block list.

    Please update your aol Desk top gold with the same spam settings as with Yahoo mail. Whereas members can highlight all the e-mails that you want to block with one click of a button,

    Now have 19 mails in SPAM still not picked up. Do your job and pick them up! Your SPAM control system is not working the way you thought it would. It is time consuming and a pain in the butt! If I don't want mail from a sight then I will unsubscribe them. It is not your decision to decide what is SPAM!

    I now have 18 blocked mails in the spam control. And 18 mails sitting in Spam. All they do is keep changing their screen name and continue to send Spam. What year do you pick up SPAM?

    With Fools Gold you have destroyed most of the things that AOL built up and improved over 2 decades. Your predecessor won the war on spam - now you're tearing the wall down! I had a great list of blocked words, please bring them back, in fact, bring 9.8 back! Gold STILL ****!

    SPAM !!!!
    For several weeks now, a tyranical fraudster has been sending our bogus e-mail messages promoting an endless variety of products and services that are fake messages. They all come from - newsletter@* with the rest of the address something resembling the name of the product they are promoting and always an extension of - .us

    I get 4 to 8 a day ! Can't you just block them totally? like - newsletter@*.us

    This **** has got to be shut down, please.

    EMPLOY SOME COMPETENT PEOPLE..I have reported issue with my SPAM going to my INBOX daily since Aug.2018..No one can resolve this why.....why not???

    I GET 25 TO 30 SPAM EMAILS A DAY. IT IS INSANE! YOU ARE ONLY ALLOWING REPORT 1,000 PEOPLE TO REPORT. YOU NEED TO ALLOW MORE SPAMS TO BE BLOCKED. GMAIL AND EVERYONE ELSE DOES. YOU ARE ON THE VERGE OF ME CHANGING TO ANOTHER VENUE!

    You are not allowing more then 1,000 people to be blocked in the spam filter. This is insane. I get 25-40 of these a day, and I am fed up. You need to fix your software to allow more in numbers!

    you give us the option of blocking mail, inserting individually spam email addresses and poof, just like the magic that AOL IS NOT! they vanish. I've tried 3 times to access my spam settings using the link at the bottom of the spam file and gotten a different response 3 times. When I finally get to the right place what do I find? All the 50 email addresses I've already listed are gone, just like magic, gone. The frustration of dealing with aol on a daily basis is getting to be too much. Fix your **** or give your members money back. This is getting outrageous how inept you all are.
