STILL NO CONTACT AS WAS PROMISED BY PHONE REP! Still (see below) same problems and nothing done to correct whatsoever! This I pay for. WHY? Can I please get some help in getting this corrected now and/or contact me if needed to get it done? Waited weeks and called in on several occasions. Get promise's that are broken only; to date!

Somtimes passwords or user names wll save and not be recognised. When signing in they appaear at first then on sign in will dissapear and ask to be reentered. They are saved in Browser. Have called many times without help. Suppose to get call or contacted back and never happens last case#08709285 on 2/17. Your people when calling have spennt lots of time on computer trying, with no results at all. PLEASE HELP!
