    The number of items in the spam folder used to be listed like the inbox does, but somewhere along the line of updates that count was deleted. I would really like to see that count be made available again. Thanks

    I had such a hard time this am to start aol. I want it back to internet explorer. H ate what you folks have done to my aol.com. As for customer service I hate that even more!!!! You made me sign up with another account before I could get help without without paying. I have been with you guys a long time.I want everything turned back to 2001

    Tell you how you can improve ?? GO BACK to the AOL Desk Gold you provided prior to coming up with charging the fee every month. I had paid faithfully, until one of your reps cut me off (did not know the answer I guess) - I stopped the monthly dole. Now you force to pay to get the Gold. I've been with AOL since 1993 - your overwhelming ads should more than make up your expenses and the pay for your employees - wish they could speak better English, poor folks. Go back to what you had last - before you screwed everything up. Go send this note to your executives (if you dare) the ones with the feet on the desk and all the bright ideas.(1993????) Quite a few years, eh? And now I hit the 90 years mark - no sweat,- probably won't be around forever. And YOU--- AOL????????????

    GO BACK TO THE WAY IT WAS TO SEND YOUR E-MAILS . FOR US OLDER PEOPLE IT IS HARD TO UNDERSTAND HOW TO ACCESS AND SEND YOUR E-MAILS AS THE ADDRESS BOOK DOES NOT COME UP ANY MORE. GO BACK TO THE OLD WAY PLEASE,PLEASE. HARD FOR OLD TIMERS TO CHANGE. THANK YOU.

    Listen guys. Aol has been going downhill since version 9. You ****. Give us back IMs, room favoriting, {s *.wav file playing in the rooms! IT WAS FUN. You have successively screwed it up while it was FREE, now we pay for it and we can't have the classic AOL features? What are you selling? NOTHING. it is a waste of time. Get back to the original AOL. NOW. I will not pay for this waste.
