    My AOL Desktop Gold does not support my ONLINE BANKING at US Bank. Kindly improve the AOL browser to include the capacity to connect me with Online Banking to US Bank. Thank you.

    Also, make it EASY to contact AOL for help and support via email. Add email access to the first page, to the scroll-down commands, to the service for AOL Desktop Gold. Make getting in touch with your support staff as EASY as an email. Thank you.
