Features need to work!
FIX SPELL CHECK! Asked until blue in face and nothing done and I am ignored, without response despite several requests! Click on "ADD TO DICTIONARY" and it does not, etc. You eliminated the "Ignore It," option also. This has gone for months without a fix, or rely. Further, for months heard once that you were working on why free McAfee cant be downloaded. How many more months needed to fix this??? Still my computer unprotected and you ignore all requests for update on what is happening! Gold goes down regularly and your firm ignores paying customers. WHY? Mail slow, adds inundate everything even the weather section. The only thing we can count on regularly working is AOL without fail taking my money out of the bank regularly, each month! Wish someone would worry as much about giving customers what they pay for and a product with features we can rely on working consistently! Further when will you start replying with meaning and stop ignoring customer requests for answers; etc?
