All these comments & suggestions are fine. Problem is AOL ignores commenting at all to them. I have had problem downloading "Free McAfee" (computer cannot) and spelling dictionary saves nothing when "Save To Dictionary" clicked. They have been "Working On It" for months now and ignore commenting when I email or write asking when; etc! Have to call and they cannot help or supply any answer of truth or value. Only thing working consistently is AOL collecting money from us. Welcome Screen for long time also says no local news available. A little AOL customer care (actually shown) would go a long way but that is a fantasy, not soon to happen; it obviously seems!
