Default Font and size
Please, please please make whatever font and size we set our email to OUR default. We keep having to change it back, VERY IRITATING!
In order to change your default font type and color, please follow these steps:
1. On the top left, click on Edit.
2. Select Mail Settings from the drop-down menu.
3. Go to the “Font and Text” tab.
4. From the Write Mail section use the toolbar to change the font type, size, and color.

After a recent update, the text on aol became tiny. How do I make it normal again. It's so small, I can barely read it.

Appears to be associated strickly with the AOL browser. This needs to be investigated and corrected. The tech consultant tried but was unable to fix this concern with the tools available due to the browser in AOL desktop not allowing the font to display correctly.

When I updated my AOL Desktop Gold, the fonts in the new version were compromised. Is there an option to update fonts, kindly email me with the instructions to do so. Thank you.

AOL DESKTOP GOLD NEW UPDATES ARE NOW RANDOMLY CHANGING FONT TYPES AND SIZES WHEN I COMPOSE EMAILS, NOT STABLE, PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE. IT CHANGES TO SOMETHING DIFFERENT EACH TIME. I HAVE SET TO USE ARIAL 10 PT BUT YOUR SYSTEM HAS A MIND OF ITS OWN AND GOES THRU A CYCLE OF ALL THE FONTS AND SIZES EACH TIME I COMPOSE A EMAIL. PLEASE FIX THIS TECHNICAL ISSUE.

MANY people have complained, commented or simply asked how to improve the visibility of text in their AOL email. WHAT GOOD HAS this done? NONE that I can SEE (pun intended). NO changes have been made! AOL does NOT care and, apparently, neither does their parent company Verizon.

When going to change the font to Verdana (or other fonts for the matter), when it goes up to 14pt Font Size it automatically goes into Bold.

Suddenly, sometime in the last three days, all the fonts for my outgoing e-mail text have changed so that the strokes in each letter have be come thin -- It's like an opposite change from bolding the text. I use AOL Desktop Gold.
I did not ask for this change; how can we reverse it?-Terence McQuiston

I would like to see all font size in 14, what you are showing now is too small for me.

We need more fonts. At least give us a script or two and the font sizes are too limited also. Edwardian was a good one and then you removed it while raising my fees. That is not right !!

The change in the font size is terrible! After an hour on the phone with aol tech support was told that it was an "upgrade" to the address book. I could not go back to the larger font. This should be an option not an automatic change!

I have AOL on 3 computers. Each one has a different font and "look" to it before I open it. Your instructions say to open READ and go to Mail Options to choose the size of the FONT. Nothing I choose changes the size of the FONT. In the lower part of the box it tells you the FONT NAME and size. That doesn't do anything either. Is that what is expected? Thanks

Where are the different settings? Font, etc. You've got a couple when you did have the whole alphabet.
