Technical support issues re: email
For the last couple of weeks, almost all of my email is going directly to spam. I've checked every 'settings' and 'email' option available to make sure I have no one blocked, but it still goes to email, EVEN AFTER I have clicked on each entry to say "This is not spam." I've 'chatted' with tech support twice - no luck. I've also called aol twice,
no luck, even tho one of those calls was to a 'higher level' of tech support. Now what do I do?

P.S. At aol's suggestion, I've also changed my password. Made no difference.
