URL Does NOT Show when 'Hovering' mouse over words with Hidden URL

SECURITY is the Category!!.

When did this disappear? If you have it HIDDEN someplace on the screen that is not acceptable, it MUST BE OBVIOUSLY shown to allow users to stay SAFE

    It's back. I've noticed this happening before

    I *KNOW* it's supposed to be on the bottom of the window, but it often does not show..
    I think this is important enough that it has to be somewhere other than the 'frame' where you
    display it. I suspect there are occasions when frame & URL interact and don't show it..
