IF You want FEEDBACK, stop ignoring issues with "Call Phone Support"
I've dealt with phone support in the past, and if it isn't something that is on their list of typical problems, they can't help.
IF you DON'T want FEEDBACK, and prefer problems as BUG REPORTS (and you will get swapped with them!) keep ignoring the problems being reported.
