why can't I get the AOL GOLD that was downloaded yesterday.
Victor at AOL fixed my AOL Gold and now it wont't open. I pay for AOL.

Richard, if you are using Windows 7 or Windows 8, the download link no longer works properly, it says "download failed" or something similar.
You can download this compressed file and then unzip it to your AppData/Local folder (you may have to unhide hidden folders in folder options to see this folder). It will create two folders, AOLDesktop and AOLDesktopData. Go into the AOLDesktop folder and then launch the AOLDesktop.exe file. Post back if you need additional help.
