lost ALL my favorite and toolbar saved places! I have been on the phone with 3 AOL techs for a total of more than 5 hours! not fixed yet.
to solve problems, maybe I need to change to Outlook and/ Google.
after 25 years of aggravation, and better service doesn't seem to be in sight.The techs are O.K. but the people who do the technical programming of obviously not competent--or maybe management is not competent. Either way the problem is TOO BIG AND TOO MUCH.
