Adds that appear on my email page do not have an 'x' to delete the add; instead there is an 'arrow' that takes you to a verizon media site entitled 'why this add?' One category below says "Manage interest-based advertising categories, or opt-out of all categories, from Verizon Media." There is no way to 'opt out' of any categories, no matter how many steps on goes through; Instead if you click on it, it takes you to "privacy dashboard and controls', which offers a bunch of companies; if you click on AOL, it takes you to 'marketing preferences' which does not offer any option to 'opt out' of Verizon categories. This is infuriating, fraudulent and a reason to quit AOL I dont want personalized adds and have the right not to get them. I would like a response on this please.
