I have been on hold for 4 hours over a two day period, I can't open my mail and in the process it locks up my computer. WTF
Get rid of desk top Gold, we pay for a system that doesn't work and there is no one in tech support that has a clue how to fix anything. I have to go on Goggle to get to AOL Mail. Can someone PLEASE get to me. If this continues I going to cancel.
