Add a "Search the Web" to spelling suggestion
While typing a new email, spelling errors are underlined, and a mouse right click shows a suggestion at the top and many other options,
WHY NOT make the next option a seach on what is 'mis-spelled'. I find many more suggestions (& sometimes the word is correct ) from Google.
Most medical terms seem to be unrecognized by AOL spellcheck.
