Unhappy customer
I have been with AOL a very long time !! I have never experience the unfavorable customer service i have received from live chat 2 times they just cut me off. second one messed up my aol that I have to delete each one by one . the other two just cut me off, I am asking if you no longer want me as a customer please tell me. I have been a customer every since aol came out and stand with you when all the other stared come. I am very disappointed in your service i have received in the last few weeks. Thanks for making me unhappy customer

The uncaring AOL! They want our money but they are living in a ivory tower. They make you jump through hoops until you end here. Now you can post your problem. Not only NO! But *******! Wait for an answer? GOOD LUCK WITH THAT!!! How many of you ever get a response from this?

I just got off the phone with AOL in regards to being blocked on AOL article comment sections. They said this was something only the back office can handle and they would contact them while I waited. I waited. They then came back and said there was nothing the back office could do about it except do what I have already done many times, come here and submit feedback. WHAT???? I just did on the phone!! This isn't Facebook or Twitter. I PAY FOR THIS! Well, not for long. I will give AOL 24 hours to get it together, otherwise, I am gone for good.
