not opening scan mail
When I write an email and attach a scan document into the email I cannot open the scan document to make sure I am sending the right document. I could always open it before, this issue of not being able to open it started about 4 weeks ago. I have talked to two service people, one said she would send it to another department, however, I never heard anything about it. Both time they took AOL of my computer and reloaded it. Both times it did not work. When I try to open the attachment it opens behind AOL. When I close AOL there is the attachment. I am hoping you can fix this problem. Is there some way you can let me know you have looked into this?

I use the attachment regularly when I send an email, so I need to get this issue resolved as soon as possible.
