AOL ADVERTIZING ON MY SCREEN IN AOL GOLD

I pay $17 a month for AOL Gold and I don't like the advertisement on right side of my screen.
it almost take up 1/2 of my screen WTF this is disgusting If this is how it is I going to cancel my AOL gold...
