How to speak with AOL agent to get the needed HELP!!!!
I just had the WORSE conversation with AOL. Someone by the name of "Rejes!" (Spelling ??)
So EXTREMELY UPSETTING!! I LITERALLY HAD TO HANG UP, COULD NOT SPEAK WITH HER AFTER 20 MINUTES OF TRYING TO EXPLAIN THE HELP I NEEDED.
ALL I WANTED TO DO IS CORRECT & UPDATE PAYMENT METHOD FOR AOL. I NOTICED A PAYMENT WAS BEING TAKEN FROM A WRONG ACCOUNT. i WANTED TO MAKE SURE ALL FURTHER PAYMENTS COME FROM THE CORRECT ACCOUNT.
THIS WOMAN, WAS SO UNHELPFUL. I ASKED TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR, SHE INFORMED ME SHE COULD NOT TRANSFER ME.
I DID WHAT I COULD TO CHANGE THE INFO USING THE "WALLET" - CAN ONLY HOPE IT IS NOW CORRECTED.
I WOULD LIKE SOMEONE FROM AOL TO PLEASE CALL ME OR EMAIL ME .
