Service Issues
I an currently using AOL Gold as my email server. However, each time I login to my email I have to re-enter both my screen name and password; it is never saved. In addition, I can't add or aol won't remember a second screen name. I can not print emails or download, open, or print email attachments. I also cannot update contacts stored in aol. If I sign on from Microsoft Edge and go to aol I am able to do all the above but have to sign on separately for each screen name. After working with 4 aol technicians I am nowhere and am contemplating leaving aol after 40 plus years. I hope to hear from someone about a fix for my issues some. Disgruntled longtime customer.

Please use the report a bug option in the Help menu. This will provide us with some extra logging in order to determine the cause and get a fix out.
