No more second username with aol and not notified, lost all of my info
I've been with AOL since the 90's. I've always had 2 usernames to keep personal and work separate. I bought a new laptop Oct 2025, loaded in the AOL gold and now I cannot access my 2nd user name. All my info and saved emails gone. I googled the situation and see that since 2017 no more than one user name. Why was I not notified so I could start something new and keep my important info. Very upset with AOL. I had important things in that email folder.

You must use the export data from the settings menu on the old computer in order to copy of your mail saved on my PC.
All legacy AOL accounts with multiple screen names will allow all associated screenname to sign into AOL Desktop Gold.
There was a brief outage during this time. Please try signing in with all screennames again.
Also, please use the report a bug option in the Help menu. This will provide us with some extra logging in order to determine the cause and get a fix out.
