Reporting Violations and Muting Trolls
For over a year, I've reported and complained about blatant violations of your Community Guidelines along with the inability to permanently mute apparent paid and/or alleged AOL employee trolls. One would expect if a violation is reported to receive notification whether or not it was approved or disapproved, but that doesn't happen. Further, there are trolls that post obvious lies and propaganda and beyond never getting an answer to violations, I never get an email or bell icon notification of their replies which leads me to believe these people are being protected. I'm unable to mute these people-even after muting them about 10 times, their posts still pop back up.
