When Can We Print Our Mail Again?
Until recently, I had no problem printing mail. Now it will not print and I receive the following message: "Your printer has experienced an unexpected configuration problem" with error code 0X8000ffff
Is anyone else having this problem? I even called Tech Support yesterday and had them uninstall and reinstall AOL Gold (Desktop) and it did not help. Supposedly a "senior" tech said they were aware of the problem. Since this just started happening a few days ago, I really don't know why they can't fix it!!!!

I have no problem printing email. I think it's a problem with your printer or printer software.
