Email Highlight Changes
you made changes with last update that means I have to take more time. Used to be that whatever line in email was highlighted that I could delete. But that line is no longer really highlighted. I now have to click on it to actually highlight it before I can delete. Please go back to original email action.

why can't ADG have a "reformat" feature to reformat email received with text down the center ?
sometimes i receive email that already has the text down the center of the page, sometimes character by character. other times , i'll send out an email and the recipient receives it the way i described. i've been told so many copies have been passed, that the margins are affected. I understand any other provider has a "reformat" tool. I can't find it. so why can't adg have a "reformat" tool????

I think there should be a little box that pops up that asks you if you want the email address of the person you are responding to automatically be added to your address books.

Oath (AOL) seems more interested in removing features than building them. Suggestions for improvement would be a waste of time.
I suggest that Oath sell its AOL division to a company that cares about its customer base.

I purchased a product promoted on your news stories on 11/26/2018. My email to Senzusharpener follows:
My order # **** has been received. However it is not as advertised and is not acceptable.
Both your promotion and the package promise a diamond coated wheel system. I have inspected the three units I purchased and each is equipped with nothing more than blade and ceramic sharpening systems. I could purchase these for much less and, in fact, already own such items.
The sharpening devices are contained in replaceable cartridges. The wrong cartridges have been installed and this is not acceptable.

Your outsource tech support is extending their on line time
I've had 3 recent experiences with your outsource "tech support". They tend to jump into diagnostics without checking the basics. My last experience was a question about an outage which impacted all three computers at this site. Rather than checking for info to a possible outage he started diagnostics on my maching (rather carelessly) had to stop him because my wife had the same experience the prior week and lost all her contacts and calendar because the tech didn't save anything first as a caution. Your programs you are charging $3.99 a month for are a very bad deal for subscribers and not a benefit. You are way over charging. I can go to the companies web site and get it for a fixed price for $25 to $30 and not make continuous payments. Your techs are instructed to sell it and I tell them what I stated here and that it is not their fault, One program, Super Anti Spyware is not so super and is rated very low.
