Whenever I post information where people on the forums can actually find out the truth about something........newspapers, archives, government sites......you monitors continue to delete it. WHY? If it is some out and out BS by people posting on the forums the monitors do nothing. EITHER YOU WANT THE **** FACTS/DOCUMENTS/ETC. OR YOU DON'T? Every **** time I post something it is deleted! YOU NEED AN ADULT MONITOR NOT SOME ********* KID OR RIGHT WING NUT.

AOL -- how about listening to the business people who have complained and make AOL business friendly again?
There seems to be a lot of us out here. Do these loyal customers no longer matter to you? We do pay you a fee every month. I know, you will "merge" this with another post and close comments.

I have real concerns re: instability of aol gold
I've been with AOL for over 20 years, but I'm very concerned about the lack of stability with aol gold. The last week of aol activity has been very frustrating. Here's what I'm seeing: 1) I sent an email to a friend,
a copy to myself, and he called me a minute or two later. I told him about the email and he said 'Yep, I got it!' This is great! My email disappeared when I clicked 'send,' BUT I have yet to receive MY copy and there is no entry of the email in my 'send' part of the… -
Give us back what used to be AmericaOnline not Oathonline.
A monthly fee? Okay, I get it...but to start charging for email controls, and ad free AOL...Whats next charging for favorite places? Any customers that I deal with from now on that want me to set up an e-mail account for them will not be directed to AOL e-mail and more important AOL GOLD.

I think you need to consideer going back to something that at least resembles the old screen I am used to seeing and is more useful

Please add a flag to the emails as before. They were very useful!
I think it's self explanatory and I was told it might be put into a new update.
Also please send an email when you update a function that we might find useful. Especially if it might not be obvious at first glance.

Not so much an idea, just a wrong error msg.
When clicking on an image in an email.. (not sure if attached or embedded, as shows both names at bottom and image in the email)
Got on twice on two different images..I get a web page with this error msg.

When downloading files
The old Desktop 'remembered' the previous location. Gold resets after every download to my 'Windows Download directory' ..
1 - LET ME set the default directory
2 - LEAVE the previous directory path alone! Don't reset unless I DO IT. -
import address book and favorites
I cannot import my address book into gmail or my favorites into Internet Explorer. Some of us use additional email accounts other then just AOL for email. I guess AOL holds back on this to try and keep you from giving up the paid AOL ?

Please tell Cris Cuomo that we have 3 borders north,west and south that have to go by our immigrating like Grandparents did.

Deleting emails
I have to verify every email before deleting. My hands are bound with arthritis! I am desperate and looking at other Carriers! Help!

BE ABLE TO REACTIVATE AN OLD ACCOUNT!!
I have 1,000 of dollars invested in Apple music that's tied to my AOL account. And once it's been used and it deactivated you cannot reactivate it. Apple said that's the only way to get my music back. This is the dumbest thing I've ever heard of that with AOL it deactivates after 90 days of not using it and cannot be restored no matter what. Pathetic.

Misinformation: false or inaccurate information! This is all AOL is capable of pushing on its subscribers. AOL is run by brain dead, self-centered, egotistical, maniacal babies. According to AOL, "it has been reported that 2 plus 2 equals 5"!
