Please bring back the ability to use the arrow keys to get to the next email.
Before upgrading to AOL Desktop Gold, I was able to use the arrow keys to go to the next email. When I read my email, I need to use the mouse to click "next" which makes reading email on my pc annoying.

Make it possible again to cancel an upload of a photo in an email
Return the ability to cancel the upload of a photo in an email. If it's taking too long the user should have the option of canceling.

There is no heart icon on the address book in Gold, so I cannot install to the toolbar. Case # 05417363
add a Heart Icon to the address book window, so you can add the address book to the toolbar, like you could in version 9.8.2

Security encryption has problems
I already reported this to the the team, but it is still not fixed. Here is the problem. that program migrates all across the computer when I have the AOL Gold program open that has the encryption. If I open another browser or even word pad what every I type is a bunch of jumbled letters and symbols instead of what I'm typing, Some times even my sign it is encrypted and I can't sign in to the Gold program. One of those times I needed to verify my account to another web site and they sent me a code…

Open Calendar on start up.
I'm still looking to have my google Calendar open when I start AOL like Ver 9 could. You seem to have most of the programming in place under Settings-General-Main Open the following. Why can't you expand that to add a selection I add.

We pay a LOT of money, monthly, for AOL Gold. Look at all the posts opposing your introducing it BEFORE it was ready!!
Every day brings a new, and disturbing, revelation of how bad AOL Gold is functioning. Dropped signatures, misfiled emails, slow opening, etc., etc. Gold should have been tested much longer before implementing, as most of us long-time AOL subscribers (24 Years!!) are frustrated with it. Tech support is practically non-existent unless you have long patience.

Contol/enter does not work on AOL Desktop Gold. AOL Chat rep told me to send you improvement on here. Please allow this in the future
Before I had AOL Desktop gold I was able to use a shortcut to send e-mail. Control/Enter, does not work on the new desktop. Please allow. The chat rep could not do it from her end and I really enjoyed that shortcut. thanks

not one thing listed as being FIXED in your response has been fixed at all !!! - sign on , welcome screen , etc.are actually worse after you reported them as being fixed - !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! - you should be concentrating on performing corrections + listening to consumers , rather then merging + hiding topics on this forum + posting untrue lip service !!!!!

Too many email problems and they are horrible problems
What is going on?? Now I search for mail from a specific person and mixed in with the results are unrelated emails from other people! Also, at times when I delete certain mails they come back.
I can not "Select all" to detete mail in the trash.... and I can't even delete a mail in there while it i open which means I have to read a mail, then close it, then delete it. Try doing this daily with a large amount of mail! I caan't believe how bad things are here in every area.
