they should pay us for time spent with poor tech support + customer service - almost impossible to find a knowledgeable tech with a basic understanding of English language !!!

"Re-establish" implies they actually had some real support.
I've yet to find it in the more than 20 years I've had AOL.
The service has gotten progressively worse for those of us still limited to dial-up.
AOL seems to cater only to those with broadband, and seems to have abandoned the ones who made them what they are.
