Welcome page font display
The font display on the welcome page should be more readable without adjusting the view from 100% to 110%. It should be more visible even if ti's 100% display or make it more bold letters.
Also, the number of emails in the spam folder should be displayed without having to open that folder. It used to have that number but doesn't now.

I'm disappointed with the upgrade of copy send - red boxes appearing -not allowing sending
Please remove the bell icons that appear when I try to copy & paste.
After pasting they appear as red rectangles with an x and padlike symbol not allowing me to forward to my existing customers. Now I have to remove all the red markings - this II always did with bcc & to icons. This is very time consuming as I have a long list of customers that are expecting the latest news.
I have been an AOL customer for over 25 years - please remove the bell symbols and return to the old version. I want to remain… -

How about you make it easier to recover your accounts after you buy a new computer with a new operating system and all your old software is not on it?

New Apple only App. Please give us "little people" "average Joe's" a break from everything "woke culture" and make the app available for download whereas IT CAN BE DOWNLOADED AND RAN ON A WINDOWS LAPTOP. We are not all part of the Apple Only culture.

HOW DARE AOL DECIDE TO ADD ITEMS IN MY PERSONAL ADDRESS BOOK, I FIND IT INTRUSIVE TO TELL ME HOW MANY TIMES I EMAIL WITH ANYONE, AND WHO THEY MISTAKENLY THINK
ARE RELATED TO THAT PERSON, THEY ARE NOT.
I WANT THIS REMOVED OR GIVE ME THE ONE TIME OPTION TO REMOVE THIS FROM ALLLLLL MY EMAIL ADDRESSES IN ONE CLICK AND NOT JUST ADD MORE TO NEW ONES.

$40 a month to have Ad Free Desktop Gold is a Joke
We have been paying our Aol subscription for 30 years and just feel that it is ridiculous that we have to upgrade from $10 a month to nearly $40 dollars a month just to remove ads from AOL gold desktop. Every other competitor is free to use and does not have ads as well. We will be canceling our subscription of 30 years because of this.

Subject Spell Check
Please include e-mail subjects in the spell check function. That is the way it works in the AOL Web e-mail. Let's be consistent.

You just updated AOL. But you removed the ability to play videos full screen. Why did you do that???

Many articles from several sources come back as Access denied, what is going on. please get it fixed ASAP, YOU ARE NOT DOING YOUR JOB I.
FIX ARTICLES SO ACCESS IS NOT DENIED. IT'S HAPPENED TOO MANY TIMES TO BE A GLITCH.

Member's ADG, doesn't have the Saved on PC folder option. The files are still on the PC, yet they can't view it because it was on a compressed format. They need to get a hold of those emails on the folder cause it was 1000 of e-mails saved 20 years. Thank you.

Repetitive Journalism.
Why does AOL have to take a short one paragraph news article and make a novel out of it;. I am talking about the way you repeat the same subject matter over and over and over and over and over and over and over again and again and again and again and again and again. Addition of Prompt before closing AOL
Please add a notice (button of YES or NO) to the user as "Do You Want to Leave AOL?" Several times I have inadvertently closed AOL.

from aol 32 to aol 64.....
do you have a 64 version of a o l gold. If not, why.? My current 32 bit is draining my resources on my lap top.

In Favorites, when creating a file folder and saving websites, there used to be a "red heart" in front of each. Now, AOL has started changing the heart to a company logo (like Allstate, Citibank, etc). I would prefer just keeping the old heart instead. It makes for a cleaner looking file, IMO. Is there anyway of making this an option?
