Can't sign up with the "Oath"
You can't read any of the Articles because of the Heavy bombardment of Pop Up advertisement. Yet, you want us to sign up with the "Oath". As a paying customer, I see no improvement in Service. In fact it's worse. When are you going to clean up your pages??????

When REPLYing to an email, if I HILITE a piece of that email, I ONLY WANT THAT copied to the REPLY
As the subject says.
In BETA 2541, If I hi-lite a single line or two, or one word, The REPLY-TO gets EVERYTHING from the email being replied to.Previously old AOL and every BETA worked properly, this one doesn't..

Idea? No. WHY are you putting MY E-mail to my OTHER screen name into SPAM? SAME thing with a friend LISTED IN MY ADDRESS BOOK sending a mail to me and being deposited into SPAM ALSO! WHAT goes on there? Anybody have more than 6th grade education? Or some pinhead just pushing keys and button to ***** with members? Also, WHY can I NOT STOP ALL INCOMING MAIL if I go away for a week? I come home to 500 e-mails and 250 SPAM ****! I have to STOP ALL INCOMING MAILS!

Billing Snafu
Out of nowhere, I am told I must update my payment information. I was threatened with termination of my service if I did not update the payment method. When I called, I was told it was an issue between AOL and a credit card company.
My payment method has not changed. With all the threats of theft of financial information, I was not comfortable having to input the information. When I finally did, the screen presented was so faint that I had a hard time finding where to input what, and the field for the security code from the credit…Please call the billing department at 1-800-827-6364 so one of our technical support agents investigate.

Totally worthless program which does not run most of the time and when it does, it is so slow it will not even show my address book have been with AOL for over 20++ years but am ready to switch everything because of the worthlessness of Desktop Gold.

Aol Browser and FB posting not working!!!!!
Here I go again...another freeze up of AOL and a shutdown of my FB when I go to post something. This has been an ongoing issue for over 1 year and been reported to the government. Was given FREE aol for a few months and problem remains. Fix the **** thing or I am back to complaining with the government!

lately when you type in a subject aol gives you a list of lists and does not go to the subject..
when I type in a subject like shoe repair aol gives me a list that includes shoe vendors.. also it gives me yelp which if you click on any categories gives me more lists of lists.

Does anyone else have a problem with AOL putting their conservative email in spam and when you say it's not spam they just delete it???
NOW instead of putting just conservative email in SPAM, when you say it's not they just DELETE IT!!!!!!

Product Support, AOL did not pay attention to photo problem
Product Support, AOL responded (then closed comments so I couldn't respond) "You can use drag and drop feature or right click and insert picture". This is correct however try to get the email to leave with a photo in it. It will take a long time and then error message pops up saying try later, no matter how small or how few photos in said email. No matter how many times I try to send it. Photos as attachments will go, but defects the purpose of being able to crop a photo and send it. Two new computers behave the same.…
