In upper right corner I used to be able to click on the heart icon
and immediately forward a desired item to someone else or save it
to favorites. IiT WAS QUICK AND VERY HELPFUL.....Now
it's gone!!! -
Add the Attachments Listing to Email Print Outs in AOLGold, like it is in the Browser Email Print Out Feature
Print out of Email with Attachments, from Browser Access, gives me a listing of the Attachments on the print out.
Print out of Same Email, from AOL Desktop Gold, does NOT give me the same feature. I cannot see a list of the attachments.
Please add a feature to AOL Gold, so that my print outs includes a listing of all the attachments sent. -
Filter out bogus "AOL" contacts
AOL should be able to filter out bogus emails purportedly from them, and not send them out to recipients.

AOL gold freezes every day
Everyday AOL GOLD freezes up and I have to use Google. Why am I paying you to use your desktop if it does not work!! YOU SHOULD BE PAYING ME TO USE AOL GOLD!!! Don't force people to use this ****! FIX IT ALREADY!! I AM PAYING YOU 3.99 a MONTH SO IS EVERYONE ELSE!!!

How to find info on new aol builds
Since the what's new icon seems to have disappeared, the following link takes you to a page where you can read about the newest aol build.

Be sure to paste this link into the aol browser and not use a third party browser like firefox or google chrome. This is the only way to read about what an update gives you.

Return address bar back to what it was before you came up with the new and improved version. Many folks are unhappy and so am i. If it ain't broke leave it alone. Just look at the neg posts.

Multiple photos on screen
It used to be so easy to arrange multiple photos on the screen at the same time. Now, since your last "upgrade" it is much more complicated, if not impossible, to do this. Put it back the way it was and leave it alone!

Open Favorites
open favorites on the lower right hand of browser is not necessary since there is already the Favorites icon on the upper right hand.

Aol will not allow me to add anew email.
Make adding email simple and easy. I've filed out the form, including the email address and it says that I need to add email and it will not save it.

New problems in aol desktop gold
The title says it all. First, the icons under safety to help seem to vanish when signing on. Signing off then on seems to fix the problem and sceond, where did the what's new icon go?

I don't want the national holidays on my calendar in AOL Gold. Please put a button on the settings to hide/remove the national holidays.

Have AOL Desktop Gold be able to open multiple sites as do other email carriers.
Fix AOL Desktop Gold so that users are able to open it in multiple address sites at the same time on the computer they're using so that information and files can be transferred immediately. This would be a BIG improvement for users, ESPECIALLY paid users, to have access to their various sites at the same time not unlike other carriers.
