How to repair AOL
I could repairf he previous version of AOL by going to the System Information. I can get System Information with the Gold version, but then get an error message, so I can't repair it. Right now, I have the following problems that I need to repair:
1) This Gold Version of AOL
2) I can't save any user name or password on any website on the Internet. I put a check in the blank space, but it is not saved.

AOL Gold Desktop doesn't recognize my Adobe Flash and PDF programs
Ever since I downloaded and have used the new AOL Gold Desktop, the program does not recognize that I already have Adobe Flash on my computer, no need to download it again for AOL's use. I keep it updated but not through AOL Gold Desktop. It works fine except for the constant "Download Adobe Flash" message. Same is true for PDF files, When I download a PDF file, I cannot read it from AOL Gold Desktop. I have to sign off, go searching for the PDF file, then read it separately. Tired of the error message to download Adobe Flash…

I use Desktop Gold as my primary browser. I log onto Gold with the main AOL Gold strip at the top, and the Welcome screen to my left and then also My Favorites screen on my right. 2. Click on Help on the top right, and select Report a Bug from the
drop-down menu.
3. Type a short description of the problem, and click Send.Tell me please, How do I "Open AOL Desktop Gold" to send a "Bug report" when it does NOT RESPOND?!!
