email address book
You used to list email addresses by alphabetical name and now you list them chronologically. That makes an address hard to find!

Need a way to delete pre set holidays on aol calendar
The month of august alone has about 5 pre set holidays. It makes the calendar needlessly cluttered. There needs to be a way to delete pre set holidays on aol calendar.

too much resources
Desktop Gold has been updated several times over the past weeks but it is a resource hog and once started, causes my Disk to run at maximum. This has been a continuing issue w/the program. I love using it, the way I'm able to organize my web browsing, etc., but it NEEDS TO BE trimmed down in the amount of resources it requires.

Read my email setting
I noticed that the newest aol desktop gold build includes a read my email setting.
While this is nice to have, a few issues are present.
1) On my laptop, I have the highest possible resolution set for windows 7 and yet the read my email icon is half hidden. There should be a way to either scroll down or reduce the size of the icon.2) While the read my email icon is nice to have, not everyone will use it so have a way to customize the icons on the right hand side of the email window.

Can you change software to allow other activity while printing?
Whenever I need to print an email or something I find on the web when I'm in the Desktop Gold software, the software does not allow me to do anything once the printing starts until it is finished. The last time the AOL software was set this way was back in dial-up days. There should be a way to change this. I sent in this topic before and it was closed with no resolution or comment from AOL.

It is absurd that with the age of aol that there is no way to access my calendar from my Samsung phone with the AOL app.
See aboveIt is absurd that I cannot access and update my AOL Calendar from my android phone with the AOL app. Please advise.

Give us back what we had
You have taken away so much from us that pay to use your service - give us back seeing whose on line, and give back the Instant messages. We paid for those services and you took them away.

I don't want your product so quit charging me for it. Who tf uses aol any way??? what is this 1999 ha! Your products are *, your customer service is *.
I already got refunded a lot of money from my bank on an old debit card because I filed a complaint on you charging me for a product I do not want....good luck getting my new card information you bunch of thieves! Lol -
email synch with android aol app
Synch email on AOL mobile android app to AOL Gold Desktop. I am very frustrated when I go through all my emails on my AOL mobile Android app, end up deleting a bunch of emails that I don't need or want, but when an hour or 2 later I log in to AOL Gold on my desktop/laptop, all those same emails that I deleted are still showing 'new'. So the mobile and desktop AOL are NOT syncing email.

Email issue
I just got the latest build of aol desktop gold and while the latest version is a lot more stable. There are still issues.
For starters, if I go to read mail, and then click on old mail, there is a bit of a delay between when I click on the old mail tab and the software actually switches to old mail of a few seconds.
In comparison, my yahoo email is a lot more smoother, although it's hard to know if this is still a bug in the software that has yet to be fixed or too many people…
