  1. AOL has gone to pot

    I spend too much time waiting for something to happen. I click on a tab and wait. I try to scroll, and nothing happens. I get messages that AOL is not responding. It is extremely annoying. This used to be a good site, but I don't know if anyone gives a **** any more. Clean up your act.

  4. Small images I end in emails arrive as broken images

    I am a graphic artist and need to send small images to customers. I have been sending them to myself to test them and when I get the test email the images are broken. They are all under 10,000 bytes. Why is this happening? It is ruining my business. Pls reply. This is important. Also, the few times they did open they have a resize box so I can't use them because I can't get rid of the box.

    Technical support refers one to Spain and an English man who tries to fix it and then wants you to buy 2 other services - close to $300...wtf

  8. Security question answer should never display in clear text

    When recently signing onto AOL Desktop Gold with one of my secondary screen names, I received a pop-up that stated there was "unusual account" activity and it required the answer to my security question. When I typed that in, it displayed that answer in "clear text" when in fact it should never display a security answer in clear text.

  9. I will be looking for another mail server as you have made everything time consuming and that is not good customer service.

    I will be looking for another mail server as you have made every procedure time consuming and I do have other things to do then check spam file for what you throw in there and to delete mail that takes hours to do because of the way you set it up. This is really poor customer service. Most of the time mail won't open, mail can't send due to some unknown error, graphics are eaten up, what a mess you have created!

  10. UPGRADES TO GOLD

    MY MAIL, SAVED ON MY PC, WAS LOST WHEN YOU UPGRADED GOLD TODAY BUT IT HAD AN ERROR IN THE UPDATE AND WOULD NOT OPEN. MICROSOFT MESSAGE WAS THAT A FILE WAS MISSING SO I SHOULD UNINSTALL AND REINSTALL GOLD. I DID THAT AND GOLD NOW OPENS BUT EVERYTHING IS LOST EXCEPT MAIL NOT YET OPENED--THIS SHOULD NEVER HAPPEN

  13. Get it Fixed to start with.

    When I post a picture or image and send it or someone sends it to me all I get is a little box nothing there. What the **** can't you guys run a program for a week without a problem. I pay for a service that is ****, Every week it is something new going on. Just get the mail fixed where we can post, pictures, images or tags and be able to send them.

  14. My best friends emails now go into spam no matter what I do

    My spam has been fine till 2 days ago. Now AOL is putting all new mail from a good friend in spam. This is a friend I email with heavily daily. Been emailing with her for over 10 years. I keep marking the mail as "this is not spam" but it does not help. Please fix this. I think your last download did this. She is in my address book. This should not happen.
    PLEASE FIX THIS. I CAN'T TAKE MUCH MORE FROM AOL. ONE THING AFTER ANOTHER.

  19. AOL needs to stop pushing software on its customers. One just ruined my computer hard drive.

    Years ago I had purchased Systems Mechanic, discovered it didn't live up to its performance and I canceled it. Then last year, AOL representative pushed hard for me to buy the new version, saying it would really help me keep my computer running well. Yesterday I had done a memory defrag that recommended several passes. Then right after I noted suddenly I could no longer transfer files from my C drive for a weekly back up session. I have a contract with HP Smartfriend and the tech support did an excellent job in trying to get my file transfer working…
