I do not like the X large totals in New e-mail extra large totals in Old e mails. that is not easy for me to know how many e mails I receive for each individual day. ALSO I do not like that the SENT Mail shows all those X large totals. I WANT TO KNOW TOTALS FOR EACH DAY NOT OLD FOREVER TOTALS MARIANNE SAAS

AOL Desk top Gold should add more options for different Font signatures. AOL Desk top Gold only list a hand full of fonts to select. The Legacy AOL had a hundred fonts to choose from for your signature.

Old emails showed up
Yesterday the totals on the side bar of my mail showed thousands of old, sent and deleted mails. Thanks to Sam these have now been trashed.
I am hoping this glitch can be fixed in the future.

The feature where when you sent someone an email for the first time, that recipient was automatically added to your address book and saved.
Bring back the feature where sending a new email would automatically save the recipient's name and email address to my Address Book, and would provide a prompt when I start to type in their address the next time. Now all I get are prompts for people who I don't contact, or they are dead. AOL used to have a number of features that made it more user friendly than the competition. Now they are gone. WHY THEN AM I STILL HERE PAYING FOR IT? THAT'S A VERY GOOD QUESTION! I have been a loyal customer for more than 26 years.…

Fix AOL Gold's flashing cursor for websites
Fix Gold so the flashing cursor is enabled when completing on line forms for different websites. All of a sudden the flashing cursor is no longer appearing on many websites that required using their on line forms.

Please fix my problem with welcome
This is my sixth time to get these problems fixed. I have over 20k reputation points. When I post it shows as 1. I am no longer getting notified when someone likes or replies to my post. I even tried posting a comment that AOL found problematic hoping to get a reply, but nothing happened.I was told after several phone calls that you are the only one who can fix this.I pay for AOL and have for several years, but appear to be getting ignored..

Highly recommend everyone dumping AOL GOLD, use the FREE version.
AOL GOLD is too UNSTABLE, trouble prone, temperamental, and CONSISTENTLY UNRELIABLE. ADD to this the idiotic DOWNGRADE CHANGES made by AOL STAFF to THE PROGRAm to the detriment of their operation and leadership. AOL GOLD IS A LIVING AND CONTINUING EXAMPLE of WHAT NOT TO DO by new OWNERSHIP, AND SADLY, CONTINUES TO THIS MOMENT.

Make Desktop Gold Sleeker
Are there plans in the works, or are you working on making AOL Desktop sleeker? It has too big a footprint and is a resource hog; I love using it and how it allows me to organize things, but it slows my laptop (4GB RAM) down appreciably and frustrates, see above. I was using AOL on my Android Cell Phone. I tapped the email icon several times and the email would not activate. Very frustrating. Is the an AOL Gold for Android?

Request add option time and day for email away message
I would like to request please add option to automatically turn on and turn off time with manual schedule time for email away messages.Example.From 11:30pm to 7:30am each night from Sunday to Friday and 12:00am to 8:00am from Friday to Saturday

Stop ancillary information
I clicked to get the information about Angela Lansbury, but instead of getting to her immediately I had to go through a bunch of other people. Well, I didn't bother. I'VE HAD IT WITH THIS BALONEY to the point that I'm ready to get rid of AOL altogether and do without as there isn't anything else on the web as thorough - but I'm sure I'll live.
