  1. Address book keeps changing addresses and when I delete bad ones they just keep coming back

  3. Need a way to move mail back to the original Sent Folder. I moved emails by mistake and can't put them back

    Can't put emails back in the sent folder that I accidentally moved to other folder.

    ALSO, I can't move between folders New to Old and Sent.
    Keeps getting jammed. What did you do in your latest update? Something that ruined by AOL Gold?

I have to get my email via my phone, but now I am getting messages from AOL that may not work after October and want me to do some app upgrade on my android to continue, I pay 16.99 per month for your service but only use it for mail.It may be better if I go to gmail for free.

  10. I have been on hold for 4 hours over a two day period, I can't open my mail and in the process it locks up my computer. WTF

    Get rid of desk top Gold, we pay for a system that doesn't work and there is no one in tech support that has a clue how to fix anything. I have to go on Goggle to get to AOL Mail. Can someone PLEASE get to me. If this continues I going to cancel.

  13. DataMask Not Working

    When launching DataMask, an error message says, “Your license appears to be missing or invalid.”

    The DataMask page does appear, but the security numbers in the upper right corner do not appear on web sites. This error occurs on all of my screen names.

    The AOL phone tech did troubleshooting. He uninstalled AOL and DataMask, and made changes in my Registry plus reviewing other settings.

  15. Downloaded pictures disappear.

    If I upload one or several pictures from a camera or phone then click Show Them they come up for 15-20 seconds then the entire picture screen disappears and goes back to home screen. They are in the Photos files.

  16. you could improve your service by not deleting all my favorites, and by not deleting my bookmarks on the "custom" toolbar.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    you should get your house in order!
    recover my "favorites" and my bookmarks on the tool bar.
    I used to like AOL--but now you literally do not give me anything--so what's to like?
    bring back what I pay for. (at least for now)-maybe you'll resume your service--if not then I will have no reason to use AOL).

  18. Mail and mailbox slow to load

    Last update has broken the mailbox. Messages in folders are extremely laggy - slow to load, load out of order and then reload, deleting messages is slow - everything was working great and now it's a mess.

    The spam folder has had an issue for awhile. Clicking on "this is not spam" causes the message to disappear completely. It does not get transferred to the inbox.

  19. Images "Share" portions among other images.

    If I'm moving an email, or some AOL window which is on top of other images (such as the one I have in the desktop).. a Portion of the unwanted window is 'stuck' on the window I've moved.
    The only way to remove it is to move the window (i.e. email) completely off the AOL desktop, then back.

    As it's 'solvable' I can live with it, but it's been happening for quite a few releases now..

    Adds that appear on my email page do not have an 'x' to delete the add; instead there is an 'arrow' that takes you to a verizon media site entitled 'why this add?' One category below says "Manage interest-based advertising categories, or opt-out of all categories, from Verizon Media." There is no way to 'opt out' of any categories, no matter how many steps on goes through; Instead if you click on it, it takes you to "privacy dashboard and controls', which offers a bunch of companies; if you click on AOL, it takes you to 'marketing preferences' which does…
